                      Scaling question
My question might not be so much a performer question as it is a graphics
problem in general. But I am sure that performer must have some easy routines
for solving the problem.

My question:

I have several objects in a scene, each with a different location/orientation
in 3D space. I wish to zoom up or down each of the objects so that they all
appear to be roughly the same size no matter how far they are from the viewers
eyepoint.

Has anyone done this already, and can you point me in the right direction on
how to solve this problem? I figure that I probably want to use an axially
aligned bounding box for each object and then transform the box coordinates
from world to screen (or something like that), and then scale.

Thanks in advance for any help, and for taking the time to read.
