The idea here is to simply start a new strip at each swap. I should have
done this with the SGO loader.
Here's the swap t-mesh:
Mesh v1 v2 v3 v4 v5 swap v6 v7 v8 swap v9 v10 ...
Here's the multiple triangle strips (ready for a pfGeoSet):
Strip v1 v2 v3 v4 v5 Strip v3 v5 v6 v7 v8 Strip v6 v9 v10 ...
My logic is that each "v n SWAP" is replaced with "v n STRIP v n-2" and
that's all there is to it. It decreases the "vertex efficiency" by one
vertex per swap compared to the original, but will run as fast or faster
in most cases snd is the only solution in OpenGL since swap-tmeshes are
history.
I should have done this. I'll file a bug against the SGO loader to add
this feature.
