Hi,
I'm developping a sky environment for my application.
I use a sky dome and texture it with cloud textures. These textures are repeated in
order to cover the whole sky. I use automatic trilinear mipmapping.
Unfortunately, I get a srong Moiré effect near horizon.
I guess the mipmap level selection is not correct. Then I tried to affect texture LOD bias (pfTexLODBias)
in order to change the used mipmap levels. It seemed to work for the sky, but it also affected all
my scene textures, even if I use it only for rendering my sky (using pre and post draw callbacks), resulting in
smoothing all my textures.
Could you help me to solve my problem? Not necessarily using pfTexLODBias. Any solution should be welcomed^^
Thanks
