Hello,

I have a sim engineer position available at NASA/Ames Research Center.

I'm looking for Performer or OSG competency, C/C++, Aero background a plus, FLTK and/or QT. The position is in a small research lab at NASA, performing human factors research.

The candidate will be responsible for experiment support and the ongoing development of a research flight simulation. Near term planned upgrades include an environment module to generate weather and vehicular traffic. New OTW and plan view processes and a general move toward an all tcp/udp comms implementation. The position will be a contract position (1099 basis).

The lab features dual cpu Dell 6xx workstations running Suse Linux with 30" diagonal Apple Cinema displays as well as various SGI Octanes. Lots of fun for the right person.
