[info-performer] perfly broken in Perfomer 3.2.1 on windows?

When I try and start perfly with Performer 3.2.1 on my windows xp machine
I get the following popup error.

PF Fatal: Performer just tried to fork on windows. This is an error.

When I click the OK button it terminates.

Is perfly broken in this release?
