[info-performer] Frame rate display problem

I am currently running Performer 3.2.1 on WinXP with an ATI Radeon X300 graphics card (Catalyst 6.1 driver). In my application, whenever I turn on pfFrameStats, the target frame rate displays ??? as the target frame rate. However, when I run perfly with the same database and stats turned on it displays the target frame rate correctly. Additionally, I never get the notice on my standard output, "Using 60 Hz video rate." that usually accompanies Performer.

I noticed that the ??? display of the frame rate on WIN32 was fixed in Performer 3.0.2 (SCR 881735), is there something that I am doing or not doing to get this behavior?
