That would be convenient!

We don't provide one but I remember a user (was it Dan Johnston?)
pointed me to one that he'd found online a year or so ago. I'm not
finding the email now though. Dan if it was you, could you repost it? :-)

In the meantime I think the closest thing would be: in our Windows
version, the manpages are bundled in "Help format". The help tool then
provides a (searchable) index not too unlike the webpage reference..
