[info-performer] Converting dwb to flt

Good afternoon,
One of my colleagues needs to convert dwb to flt by using performer
library. File list are below. Problem is preserving texture
information after conversion. Which command is suitable for this in
command prompt?

737-300cs-wh-rot.dwb
737-300_side1.rgb
737-300_side2.rgb
comflap.rgb
cominlet.rgb
comwheel.rgb
windows.rgb
