It seems that VS.Net hijacks cout and printf (stdout), unless in debug
mode. This is fine.
However, pfPrint prints to stderr, and I can't figure out what MS has
done with it.
Looking on the web, MSDN tells you to do 2>&1, on the debug options,
which .NET promptly tells you is invalid output.
Any easy way around this?
