This configuration should be fine, or at least, I'm not familiar myself
with any Performer hangs at application exit with PP3SP5. I'd suggest
getting in touch with the service folks so they can help to troubleshoot.
One thing to doublecheck - each service pack includes a bundled copy of
Performer, with various bug fixes we've made since 3.2 released. I
think SP5 had "Performer 3.2 rev D". Make sure you haven't re-installed
the original Performer 3.2 ("rev A") over this...
