As far as I know, there is no support for any kind of texture rectangle
(ARB or NV). You can use custom pre- (and post-) draw callbacks on the
appropriate node to set up (and clean up) the texture rectangle state
for the geometry below. I've managed to get this working before. I'm
not sure how it will fit in with GLSL, though I imagine it should just work.
