[info-performer] Problem in Performer installation 3.0.0

We managed to install Performer 3.0.0 on several Windows machines without
any problem
setting
        + PFROOT and PFHOME to our Performer installation directory
        + LM_LICENSE_FILE to a valid DEMO license file

But on one machine under Windows XP we get the following error message on
launching perfly :
