Hi,
I'm working with Performer to display texture mapped slices through
a 3D volume. I'm using 3D textures using the Performer classes
pfTexture, pfTexGen, pfTexEnv, and so on. This seems to be working
correctly.
My problem is that I want to apply an RGB color map to the gray level
texture. I've tried using GL calls in pre and post draw callbacks
for the node containing the slices, but I have not been successful.
Maybe I've missed something in the documentation. I've been looking
at the Performer Programmer's Guide and the various man pages.
Are there any example programs that do this, or some additional
documentation that I haven't found yet?
Is there a purely Performer method of doing this, or do I have to
use GL calls in the callbacks?
Thanks for your help.
