Hi all,

for a wide screen 4-display system i'm considering some options,
one of these is a PC with the following main components:

- graphics cards: 2x Quadro FX4400G (PCI-X)
- motherboard :Tyan K8WE (dual Opteron, 2x 16-lane PCI-X etc.)

i was wondering how such a system would work for Performer:

- Will the genlock/framelock work as expected?
- Will Performer be able utilise the resources this hardware offers:
   Linux could "theoretically" perform better because of the
   multithread implementation. The advantage of Windows-XP
   is that other hardware, such a HDSDI video capture cards
   have better driver support for XP.

Does anyone have some experience or ideas?
