You should refer that question to VRCO. While Matt does read this list,
he will respond a lot faster if you email support++at++vrco.com.

Your 2nd question looks like a mismatch between libs and headers to me.
Are you sure your performer install is a good one? Did you reinstall a
newer performer over an older one? Are you using the version of
performer that CAVELib wants?

did you include libpfui.lib on the link line? If you stole the project
file from CAVELib then its probebly not going to load that lib by default.
