Steve,

Which version of Performer are you running? This looks like a 3.1.1 bug
which was fixed for Performer 3.2. If so, then these messages are
erroneous and are nothing to worry about as long as the phase shift
numbers are multiples of 360 (in the below example, they are extremely
close). This was the result of using incorrect integer frame number
counts for this test, and should be eliminated by an upgrade to 3.2 (or
ignored in 3.1.1).
