Hi

Err I'm not sure who told you this but that's no quite correct, it is
perfectly OK to mix Libs from Vc6 and vc7.0 in the same App as long as the
App is built in VC7,

What you cannot do is use VC6x to build an app that has VC7 libs

Best Regards

Gordon

Subject: [info-performer] VC7 .lib and .dll

Are there any plan on recompiling the Performer libraries using VC7 (.NET or
.NET 2003)?

Because of the way Bill and his "Nutty-Fun-Crew" do things, it is very bad
to try to mix VC6.0 and VC7.0 .dlls together in the same program. I am
however not free to rewind back to VC6.0 because of other issues with
C++ compliance that mandated our move to VC7.0.
