To get this subsystem installed you must install its "base" version from the
foundation CD and its "overlay" version from one of the 6.5.18 CD's. Repeat
the same process as you had before (to the point where it gave you a
conflict), and once the conflict appears, select the option to open another
distribution. Then insert the appropriate 6.5.18 CD (probably CD #1) and it
should find the parts it needs from there.

SGI Tech support should be able to give pointers if you run into any other
