Hi Daniela,

<vl/vl.h> is part of the SGI Video Library, shipped on IRIX systems as part
of dmedia_dev.sw.base. It's on the IRIX 6.5 development libraries CD.

If you're not using IRIX then you could comment out the VL code and use it
as-is, but I don't know how useful that would be. :-)
