This config should work directly "out of the box". I have my %PFROOT% set to
PFROOT=C:\Program Files\Silicon Graphics\OpenGL Performer ..

Then just go to the perfly directory ($PFROOT/src/sample/C/perfly) and type
"cmake". The compiler does spew some warnings about type casting but these
are harmless..
