[info-performer] toggling full screen mode

Hello,

I have the same question as *frank phillips' post on */Tue, 13 Aug 1996

I want to programmatically switch between windowes and full-screen modes.
/
pfPWinFullScreen(pipe_window)

doesn't work, unless called before the window is openned. (performer
3.1, IRIX 6.5.24)
