No reason for it to be missing that I can see - this looks to be an
oversight. I did a quick grep and noticed that a few other tokens aren't
mentioned either. We'll add that to the list for 3.2 (SCR 918817).

Have a look at the 'envmap' paper on the Performer website, it describes a
technique for this:
