Hello,
I have a strange problem with ASD. I want to use it to
create a flat mesh to simulate water in multiple lods.
Everything works fine with a base lod (level 0) and a
finer lod (level 1). But if I add another lod (level 2)
the triangles of the new lod don't morph and they appear
at the same time as the geometry of level 1.
I think these thing can be adjusted by setting pfASDLODRanges
in the PFASD_LODS attribute array like this:
lods[0].switchin = 0.0f;
lods[0].morph = 1.0f;
lods[1].switchin = 30.0f;
lods[1].morph = 5.0f;
lods[2].switchin = 60.0f;
lods[2].morph = 5.0f;
But the entrys in lods[2] does not seem to take any effect. All
level 2 geometry seems to use the lods[1].switchin value.
Also the remark in the simpleASD.c example: "// How the heck does this work??? //"
doesnt make me more confident.
Can anybody help me with this?
Thanks
Peter
