It seems to be a bug in Performer 3.1.1 in combination with certain NVidia drivers. If you switch to
text-mode and then back to graphics mode it usually works, and when you exit the program you'll probably
see some memory errors (OpenGL error 0x505). I have reported this bug before but have never recieved any
reply to it. It's probably the famous "He did it! No he did it!" issue between SGI and NVidia :)
