it's fine to clean out those files in /usr/tmp/ before or after
running your program, but don't clean them out while running your
program (at least not the ones in use). pfdpools are used for shared
memory acceess between processes. (see man pfDataPool). the
pfutil1395.pfdpool is probably being used for forked x-input (x input
handling in a separate process for responsiveness).
