Does this large memory allocation attempt (545MB) seem correct in terms of
your model size? When I see such large requests passed to pfMalloc() my
suspicion falls to an error in (e.g.) a file loader or whatever is making the
request. Does it happen with other models?
We ship the source of several of our file loaders (pfb, obj, etc) -- if the
model is in one of these formats I'd suggest pursuing it from this angle, try
to find the place where this particular pfMalloc() [or 'new'] is being called..
