Try doing:
set PFVIDEORATE=85
before running perfly.

On IRIX/Linux you can check out 'man Performer'. On MS-Windows, open the
help file and it should open to this page by default (man3 -> overview ->
cpp -> Performer).
As for NVIDIA env vars, the only one that comes to mind (off the top of my
head) is PF_NV_VSYNC_WORKS.
