[info-performer] IgesToIv source code or win32 exe

Hi all

IgesToIv is such a useful tool for converting nurbs-type surface data to
inventor (and through this route to csb, pfb, etc which understand nurbs)
format but it's a shame there's no win32 version of it nor a source code
which one can compile under windows to use it like one can on SGI. Does
anyone know of its existence?
Or a similar utility that could convert an igs file into a format that
understands nurbs and is also supported by Performer?
