[info-performer] Where demo license for Performer 3.1 windows?

The license file that comes with the download is 3.0 and does not work.

The link in the download page to the free license page works, but there
is no Performer license on that page.

I searched the SGI site and could not find a hit for the 3.1 demo
license.

I searched the info-performer archives and found Allan's announcement,
someone else's questions about the license, and a final e-mail stating
that
he had found it - but he didn't say where.

Where is it?
