[info-performer] reg. Open Inventor loading in Performer 3.1 for Win32

Hello,
I have downloaded the open inventor libs and dlls from
http://www.studierstube.org/openinventor/ and
http://reality.exsgi.org/naaman/work/libpfiv-binary-31.tar.gz website. And
as suggested by Alex Naaman I copied the .iv file in current directory and
the iv file was loading in perfly! Now, i have got 2 problems still.

1. When i load the file from command prompt it is working but not from the
windows explorer. why? Also, a file information.iv gives the following
error in command prompt also.

PF Warning/Usage: pfGetChild() index 0 out of range 0,-1.
PF Warning/Usage: pfRemoveChild: Bad child 0x0.
PF Warning/Resource: pfdLoadFile_iv: Empty scene graph created
from file "Information.iv". Load error?
PF Notice: WARNING: could not load "Information.iv"
PF Info: No Databases loaded

This is an inventor file which contains only Text3 (used as
annotations in my application) This same file loads in SGI and Linux
systems. So it is not corrupted for sure.

2. Now, is it possible to load this inventor file in the performer
application?
