Hi Jean-Christophe,

I just checked our source, and I can confirm that cull sidekick
processes will not optimize FLAT_* primitives.

Also note that indexed-geosets and pfGeoArrays are not
optimized by cull sidekick either.

The objects that do get optimized are all non-indexed geosets
of type TRIS, TRISTRIPS, QUADS, POINTS, LINES,
LINESTRIPS, TRIFANS and POLYS.
