I got info from NVIDIA that
export __GL_SYNC_TO_VBLANK=1
export PF_SYNC_TO_VBLANK=0
enables VSYNC under Performer 3.1. I've tested and it's worging in
PF_APPCULLDRAW, but not on my 2 CPU system with PF_APPCULL_DRAW where
the last downloaded texture is displayed and the image is frozen,
although the X-input seems to work after some seconds delay. I'll keep
you informed on the status.
