[info-performer] pfdLoadFile_iv on Linux

I am unable to run *.iv files in perfly on linux because perfly cannot find
pfdLoadFile_iv.
This is using the demo Perf 3.1 for linux.
If I go to http://oss.sgi.com/projects/inventor , I am unable to download
the previously available inventor libraries. I just ordered the licensed
version of Perf 3.1 for linux, and am now concerned that I will no longer be
able to run inventor geometry, which is necessary to our development path.
Two calls to sgi have yielded no answers as of yet. Can anyone help?
