We have one IRIX system that has a license for the previous version of
Performer Dev and the system is maintained under full support continuously.
Is this system entitled to a Performer 3.1 license and no additional charge?
We just renewed the maintenance on this system for 2004 which includes
Performer. Is this equivalent to the Performer support contract mentioned
above?
We have multiple IRIX systems that are maintained under full support
continuously. They have had their maintenance renewed for 2004. Performer EOE
has been part of the IRIX distribution and has not been specifically listed
in the maintenance renewal. Do we need to buy Performer 3.1 license for
theses systems?
Does buying a 3.1 license include the first year of support or its support an
additional cost over the license purchase?
Thanks,
Steve
