thank you very much for reporting this problem to the list.
Looks like the problem is there for all modifier keys.
I have filed a bug for it (#908441) and will fix it for a
future release (probably 3.1.1).

PS: If you don't want to wait for this fix, you can recompile your
own libpfutil dsos (source code is shipped with Performer).
Let me know if you want to do this, and I will send you an updated
input.c file which includes the fix.
