Good question? From the features that I saw GeoArrays is the biggest
boost. If you are rendering terrain you might also want to take
advantage of Continuous LOD rendering. The small feature culling that
comes with the Optimizer features could also be a big win with distant
culture.

I don't imagine GeoArrays will run any faster on Onyx3/IR they may not
even be supported. Onyx4/ATI/NVIDIA cards should be able to utilize
GeoArrays to render much faster.
