OpenWorlds does one. I did a X3D one on my previous job but it never
seen the light of day at a commercial level.

I'll be supporting X3D in Performer on a LGPL basis but I don't have a
definitive timeline for this.

I bet some other people on the list did it as well.

If you have access to a Windows box you can use the OpenWorlds one and
export it to .pfb using pfconv.
