Has anyone been using the DXF loader extensively?
Apparently, the Performer DXF loader is somewhat
outdated, it does not support some of the new features
in DXF models created in the later versions of
AutoCAD. We've seen parts of a DXF model missing when
loaded into Performer.
Other than that, for those of you who have been using
it, do you notice a significant difference in
application performance and frame rate when you run an
application with several DXF models in a scene, in
comparison to, say if these models were originally in
OpenFlight format?
