Thank you, Don & Jan.

Setting id in pfPipeWindow::setFBConfigId(int id) to
hexidecimal type worked (no error messages). The
function prototype specifies id to be of type int, so
I got confused when some integers worked and others
didn't.

I tried setting the visual id to 0x44, 0x45, 0x46,
0x47, 0x48..., for 16-bit grayscale configuration and
the resulting screen/pfwindow is black (couldn't see
anything in my scene) for all of them. Is that
suppose to happen?
