Hi,
I'm running a pfv app under Redhat 7.2 + updates with a Quadro
2 Pro with the lastest NVIDIA drivers. For every cycle of starting the
app and then quiting it, about 20 Megs of memory "disapears" from the
system. That is, the "used" field of "free" increases by 20 Meg. If I
keep repeating this, eventually the machine starts swapping and I need to
reboot to get the memory back. Even going to runlevel 1 and killing
everything but the shell, the memory is unavailable. I'm guessing this is
a NVIDIA issue but wanted to check to see if anybody else has seen this.
Machine has 1 GB of ram. Thanks.
Oh, its not in buffers or cache.
