What is the proper way to use pfShadows in a double precision environment?
I'm currently running in a double precision environment setup as shown
below.

pfScene
   |
pfDoubleDCS (inverse eyepoint)
   |
pfDoubleDCS (wgs84 position)
   |
pfSCS (not identity)
   |
pfNode

I'd like to start using pfShadows but I'm not sure how to do this with my
current setup. Are there any examples of using the double precision with
pfShadows. Thanks.
