Hi,
I am developing a custom loader in Performer using the pfdBuilder.
I experienced the following strange behaviour:
When loading a model with the Textures in the same directory, multiple
textures which are the same are only loaded once
and I get only one "pfdNewSharedObject() Loaded Texture: ....." message
for each texture.
If I copy now the object to a different directory but set the PFPATH
environment variable to point to the place where the
textures are stored, the loader does not load each multiple texture only
once. Instead I get one
"pfdNewSharedObject() Loaded Texture: ....." message for each texture.
Insider perfly the amount of textures which is shown in the stats is
also different.
Is there a problem with the pfdShare structure?
