[info-performer] Double DCS Coersion Errors

I'm using pfDoubleDCS's in my scene graph and have implemented the non
identity pfSCS root and terminating pfSCS' solution to the single precision
bounding volume coersion problem, which is working properly. However, I'm
still getting errors:

   pfDoubleDCS::nb_clean using single precision bounding sphere

Here's my test scene graph:

pfScene
   pfSCS (xyz(0.0001, 0.0, 0.0))
      pfDoubleDCS (inverse viewpoint)
         pfGroup (tree)
            pfDoubleDCS
               pfDoubleDCS
                  pfSCS
                     pfGeode
                        pfGeoSet

Anybody know why I'm still getting these errors and if it has any underlying
adverse effects on performance?
