I've gotten the terrapage loader to work in asynchonous mode in my own
application. Pagefly still won't work in async but it works when inserted
into my application, go figure. Anyway, it seems to work well except that
the paging logic seems to assume a flat earth, I'm using WGS84 with double
precision, so I'm going to try to modify the pager/loader to work with it.
I'll let the list know when I get it working.
