Hi Marc,

The texture memory size reported by Performer is simply an educated guess
on non irix systems, and yes, it is most often plain wrong.
However, this value is NOT used in any way by the Performer library, so
this cannot really cause any serious problem, besides causing some
confusion.
I personally think we should not report TRAM size at all, unless we are sure
we are displaying the right figure..
