[info-performer] Windows and OpenFlight

Hi,

I noticed that the Performer/pfdb/pfflt.h file was missing from the
Windows distribution, but the file that is there in the Linux version
seems to be ready for Windows. That is, it has all the #ifdef's one
would expect, and when I copy the file over to the Windows installation,
it seems to work OK.

I was wondering if this was just an oversight, or if pfflt.h was left
out of the Windows distribution for a reason.
