Just a guess, but try making it recalculate the bounding box for the geoset, and all bounding spheres above it.
node->setBound(PFBOUND_DYNAMIC, NULL);
If the boxes are old, then it won't reflect your data, unless the changes are so small that the boxes shouldn't really change.

I'm working on a skinning module that modify the geometry inside pfGeoSet.
The display result is good but when i'm trying to send a picking in the
scene graph it seems that performer does not use the modified geometry but
the original one.
I tried to use some pfFlux but nothing better happen. Does anybody have a
solution or answer to this problem.
