A couple of questions..
I'm using NON-paged ASDs resulting from a call to pfdBuildASD()
in the same fashion as the pfdem, pfdted loaders.
AND I'm using the asd .config file with my own loader to do it.
1) While most of the terrain behaves normally, the center of my model
keeps popping in/out - seemingly not based on distance, but rather
when it starts to clip on the left&right. The data is from processed
seamless NED data (3601 x 3601). This seems to happen on
various platforms, PF 2.5.2, any number of PFASDLODSIZE.
The popping is extreme for this area, but smooth everywhere else.
2) Getting the pfGenTex matrix set correctly in the .config file
seems a bit "art-sy". I tried printing out the pfASDBox
and use those dimensions to help set the matrix. Is it supposed
to be something like this?
(1/xsize) 0 0 0
0 (1/ysize) 0 0
0 0 (1/zsize) 0
0 0 0 1
But I have to fudge the numbers (still not right) to get the
texture even close to correct.
thanks for any suggestions.
