Does anyone know the effects of using a 2D overlay in
a stereo environment? I'm trying to minimize
cybersickness in my driving simulator. I read that
stationary objects, (dashboard, rearview mirror,
speedometer, etc.) help disorientation so I've put in
overlays of these.

The depth perception seems to be unnatural at times,
has anyone every encountered this?
