Either I found a bug or I don't understand (both are
equally possible)...
According to the comments of the source for the
libpfsphere pseudo loader, you should only have
to type "perfly sphere" to see a 128 tri sphere.
I tried 32.sphere, 256.sphere, 'chamber.0.lsa sphere',
etc. and I always get a 8 tri sphere with a warning
about not finding a texture with the name of whatever
was in front of the 'sphere' token. (In the examples
above that missing texture name would be "" (blank),
"32", "256", etc.). This was tried on O2s and Onyx
using 6.5.19 and 6.5.13 resp.
So, which is it? A bug? A conflict with the
spherepatch pseudo loader(s), or do I mis-understand?
PS.
Never used pseudo loaders? Look at libpftrans or
libpfrot and you will never have to write a custom
application to position a part into a model again!
